Reconsideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of VARIN-SILVER SPRING LLC to rezone lands located at N56W21318 Silver Spring Drive from the A-1 Agricultural District to the PRD Planned Residential Development District, and create the Fox River Falls Planned Residential Development Ordinance for the same lands, located on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 120.991.001.
