Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. The request of Independent Scholastic Association Inc. to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 3-22-96-C allowing Aquinas Academy the ability to construct a new school building on their campus located at N72 W15935 Good Hope Road, on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.004. At its meeting on February 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 11 conditions of approval and 9 conditions running with the Permit. At its meeting on February 25, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved.
The request of Neumann Companies Inc. to adopt an Ordinance creating the Weyerhaven Planned Residential Development located on the East side of Lilly Road, South of Mill Road, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 98.997 and 98.997.001. At its meeting on February 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved subject to 31 conditions. At its meeting on February 25, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved subject to 3 additional conditions.
Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1) (g) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Staff concerning the strategy to be adopted by the Village with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically the Notice of Circumstances of Claim and Claim filed by Advanced Waste Services Inc. and W140N5998 Lilly Road LLC.
