At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period, for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Independent Scholastic Association Inc. to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 3-22-96-C allowing Aquinas Academy the ability to construct a new school building on their campus located at N72 W15935 Good Hope Road, on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.004.  At its meeting on February 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 11 conditions of approval and 9 conditions running with the Permit.  At its meeting on February 25, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved. b.   The request of Neumann Companies Inc. to adopt an Ordinance creating the Weyerhaven Planned Residential Development located on the East side of Lilly Road, South of Mill Road, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 98.997 and 98.997.001.  At its meeting on February 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved subject to 31 conditions.  At its meeting on February 25, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved subject to 3 additional conditions. 8.   New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:
 
a.   Adoption of a Resolution Approving a Settlement Agreement related to the cases of Horner Plumbing Co. et al vs. Gil-Her Ltd., Waukesha County Case Number 2012-CV-002991; and Village of Menomonee Falls v. Lodging Investors of Menomonee Falls, LLC, Waukesha County Case No. 2011-CV-003946. Click to View
 
9.   Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1) (g) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Staff concerning the strategy to be adopted by the Village with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically the Notice of Circumstances of Claim and Claim filed by Advanced Waste Services Inc. and W140N5998 Lilly Road LLC. 10.   Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in Closed Session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the Agenda.
