At its meeting on March 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 6 conditions.
Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Section 122-2 & 122-561, and creating Section 122-569 and 42-122(s) of the Municipal Code in compliance with the new State laws regulating wireless communication facilities.
