At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period, for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

7.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A public hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 122-1022 through 122-1027 of the Municipal Code pertaining to modifications to the Planned Development District No. 2 Zoning District. Click to View
 
  Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Sections 122-1022 through 122-1027 of the Municipal Code pertaining to modifications to the Planned Development District No. 2 Zoning District.  At its meeting on February 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

8.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Colonial Appleton Avenue, LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing George Webb Restaurant the ability to operate their restaurant, proposed at N89W16825 Appleton Avenue, 24 hours a day.  At its meeting on March 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 10 conditions. b.   The request of Mader Commercial, LLC to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map located on the south side of County Line Road, approximately 1/4 mile east of Pilgrim Road, on lands identified by Tax Key Number 6.999.002.  At its meeting on March 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 6 conditions. c.   Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Section 122-2 & 122-561, and creating Section 122-569 and 42-122(s) of the Municipal Code in compliance with the new State laws regulating wireless communication facilities.  At its meeting on March 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved. 9.   General Government Committee -  Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the $3,875,000 general obligation refunding bonds for Tax Increment District No. 5. Click to View
 
b.   Resolution authorizing establishment of interest rate and amendment to bond agreement of the Village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin Midwestern Disaster Area Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 (Entrust Tool & Design Co., Inc. Project) and authorize the Village President and Village Clerk to sign the Establishment of Interest Rate and Amendment to Bond Agreement dated as of October 1, 2010.
