At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period, for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

The request of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a Senior Housing Development to be known as Dixon Hollow on the Northwest corner of Pilgrim and Lisbon Roads. At its meeting on April 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 33 conditions of approval, and 11 conditions running with the permit. At its meeting on April 22, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 5 conditions. Click to View

Under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) and (g) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Staff and to deliberate concerning litigation and negotiation strategies to be adopted by the Village in response to the Notice of Circumstances of Claim and Claim filed by Advanced Waste Services Inc. and W140N5998 Lilly Road LLC.; and

Under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Staff and to deliberate concerning the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in the following matters:

(1) A possible agreement to provide fire protection services between the Village of Lannon and the Village of Menomonee Falls;

(2) A possible conveyance agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Wells Fargo Bank, NA, involving a small parcel of land located in Tax Incremental District Number 10 and adjacent to property currently owned by Wells Fargo Bank, NA; and

(3) A possible amendment to the Two Party Construction Agreement Between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Waukesha County for Non-Participating Items as Part of the Silver Spring Drive (CTH VV) Project from Lannon Road (CTH Y) to Jackson Drive, WDOT Project ID No. 2753-06-71.

Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in Closed Session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the Agenda.
