At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. to adopt a Resolution re-approving a Certified Survey Map generally located on the Northwest corner of Pilgrim and Lisbon Roads, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 136.997, 136.998, and 136.999.002.  At its meeting on May 7, 2013 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 7 conditions. b.   The request of Tall Pines Condominium Development, LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending Resolution No. 562-R-05 modifying the Tall Pines Planned Residential Development generally located at the northeast corner of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive.  At its meeting on May 6, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved.  At its meeting on April 22, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved subject to 5 conditions. c.   The request of Kevin Dittmar to adopt an Ordinance modifying the Hidden Crossing Planned Residential Development located at the north side of Good Hope Road, east of the Plaza Gardens Subdivision.  At its meeting on May 6, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved subject to 4 conditions. 10.   Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) for the following purposes:
 
a.   Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e)to confer with the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Village Attorney and outside counsel regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village and the Community Development Authority over the terms of a possible First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Tax Incremental District Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls, the Community Development Authority of the Village of Menomonee Falls, Cobalt Partners, LLC, SDS Properties, LLC and CP-26, LLC.; and

b.    Under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) and (g) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Staff and to deliberate concerning litigation and negotiation strategies to be adopted by the Village in response to the Notice of Circumstances of Claim and Claim filed by Advanced Waste Services Inc. and W140N5998 Lilly Road LLC.; and concerning Advanced Waste Services Inc. et al v. Village of Menomonee Falls, et al, Waukesha County Case Number 14-CV-00949.
 
 
11.   Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in Closed Session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the Agenda.
