At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

7.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Village of Menomonee Falls Request to Amend the Official Sewer Service Area Map to include lands near the Southwest corner of Custer Lane and Town Hall Road, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16.  The subject properties include all of the property identified by Tax Key Number 62.989, and the westerly portions of the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 62.982.001, 62.983.001, 62.983.002, 62.990, 62.991, 62.992, 62.993, 62.994, and 62.990.001, as the easterly portions of these parcels are already in the planned sewer service area.   Discussion and Possible Approval of a Resolution adopting the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commissions Staff Memorandum entitled, "Response to Request by the Village of Menomonee Falls to Amend the Menomonee Falls Sanitary Service Area", as a guide for the provision of sanitary sewer service within the Menomonee Falls area.
 
b.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Falls Ventures LLC to rezone lands located near the Southwest corner of Silver Spring Drive and One Mile Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District to the PRD Planned Residential Development District.  The subject land is located, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32 and contains approximately 29 acres of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 125.996.002. c.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 122-781 and 122-782 of the Municipal Code pertaining to updates to the ordinances protecting the Village's well water supply. Click to View

  Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Sections 122-781 and 122-782 of the Municipal Code pertaining to updates to the ordinances protecting the Village's well water supply.  At its meeting on July 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

a.   The request of EXP US Services, Inc. to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 4-34-62 allowing site and building modifications to the communications facility on the property owned by AT&T Services, Inc. located at W156 N4969 Pilgrim Road.  At its meeting on July 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 7 conditions of approval and 13 conditions.  At its meeting on July 22, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 2 conditions.

b.   The request of Joe's Crushing, LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a Solid Waste Processing Facility on the North side of Warren Street.  At its meeting on July 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 17 conditions running with the permit.  At its meeting on July 22, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 2 conditions. c.   The request of First Webber to adopt an Ordinance amending Resolution No. 457-R-04 modifying the Ravenwoods Planned Residential Development located on the south side of Silver Spring Drive,  for the property identified by Tax Key Number 133.207.  At its meeting on July 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Ordinance be approved.
