The declaration of a portion of Hayes Avenue, north of Roosevelt Drive, as "Excess Right of Way", and the adoption of an Ordinance initiating the vacation of these excess lands. At its meeting on August 5, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board of Trustees declare this section of Hayes Avenue as "excess", and adopt an Ordinance initiating the vacation of these lands.

At its meeting on August 5, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board of Trustees declare this section of Falls Parkway as "excess", and adopt an Ordinance initiating the vacation of these lands.
A distribution easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company d/b/a WE Energies allowing utility connections to Fire Station No. 1, being constructed near the intersection of Main Street and Menomonee Avenue, on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 32.997.002. At its meeting on August 5, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the easement be granted subject to the easement being shifted to the west side of the driveway.
A distribution easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company d/b/a WE Energies allowing utility connections to Fire Station No. 5, being constructed at N56W19350 Silver Spring Drive, on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 116.997.004. At its meeting on August 5, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the easement be granted.
