Request of Tomich Investments III, LLC to adopt a Resolution approving the Final Plat of the Spencer's Pass West Subdivision proposed to be located on the north side of Silver Spring Drive, West of the Spencer's Pass East Subdivision, in the Southeast and Southwest 1/4's of Section 29. At its meeting on April 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Final Plat be approved subject to 25 conditions.
Request of Fiduciary Real Estate Development to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for lands located on the North side of Lisbon Road, approximately 800 feet East of Lannon Road, from the Park and Open Space Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject land is located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32 and identified by Tax Key Number 127.999. At its meeting on September 9, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance.
Request of United Financial Group to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for lands located on the North side of Lisbon Road, approximately 2,000 feet East of Lannon Road, from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification with the Density Bonus Overlay to the High Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject land is located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32 and identified by Tax Key Number 127.991.007. At its meeting on September 9, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance.
Termination of storm sewer and sanitary sewer easements located on the East side of the parcels located at W161N9116 Hayes Avenue and N90W15944 Roosevelt Drive. The subject parcels are located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3 and identified by Tax Key Numbers 12.202.003 and 12.984. At its meeting on September 9, 2014 the Plan Commission recommended these easements be terminated.
