Action Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands generally located on the East side of Lilly Road North of the Union Pacific Railroad, and on the West side of Lilly Road South of the Union Pacific Railroad from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the I-1 Light Industrial District; and lands generally located 1,000 feet west of Lilly Road on the North side of Silver Spring Drive from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the C-1 Neighborhood Business District. At its meeting on October 7, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board approve this request.
The request of Fairchild Equipment to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor storage of finished product on the property located at N52W13821 North Park Drive. At its meeting on October 7, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 10 conditions. At its meeting on October 28, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommend this permit be approved.
