At its meeting on October 28, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 21 conditions. At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 19 conditions.
Request of Gardner Properties LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands generally located on the Southwest side of Cleveland Avenue and Pilgrim Road, from the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification to the High Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject lands are identified Tax Key Numbers 12.961, 12.961.001, and 12.961.002. At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance.
