At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing on the proposed 2015 Operating Budget of the Village of Menomonee Falls. The 2015 Budget includes the following funds:

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Kwik Trip to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a convenience store and gas station on the property owned by Ernie Von Schledorn located on the Northeast corner of Main Street and Pilgrim Road, Tax Key Numbers 7.109 and 7.994, Planned Development District (PDD) No. 2.  At its meeting on October 28, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 21 conditions.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 19 conditions. b.   Request of Gardner Properties LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands generally located on the Southwest side of Cleveland Avenue and Pilgrim Road, from the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification to the High Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The subject lands are identified Tax Key Numbers 12.961, 12.961.001, and 12.961.002.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance.

c.   An Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands generally located on the East side of Lannon Road, approximately ½ mile South of County Line Road, from the Agricultural Holding Area Land Use Classification to the Rural Density Residential Land Use Classification (allowing densities ranging from 3 acres to 35 acres per dwelling unit).  These lands are identified by Tax Key Number 19.999.001.  The Plan Commissions motion recommending approval of this Ordinance failed 2 - 4 at its November 4, 2014 meeting.

d.   Request of Weyerhaven, LLC to adopt a Resolution approving the Final Plat of the Weyerhaven Subdivision proposed on the east side of Lilly Road, approximately 1/3 mile south of Mill Road, on the property identified by Tax Key Number 98.997.005.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Resolution be approved subject to 21 conditions. e.   Request of CP-26, LLC to adopt a Resolution approving the Certified Survey Map located on the West side of Water Street, South of Highway 41/45, in the Southeast and Northeast 1/4's of Section 3, Tax Key Numbers 9.987.001, 12.941, 12.999.006, 12.999.005, 12.018, 12.021 and 12.021.001, and part of Tax Key Number 12.202.003.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved subject to 17 conditions. f.   A Resolution approving the Certified Survey Map generally located on the northeast corner of Lannon and Lisbon Roads, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 32, Tax Key Number 127.999, PRD Planned Residential Development.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Resolution be approved subject to 5 conditions.
