At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Gardner Properties LLC to rezone lands, generally located on the Southwest corner of Cleveland Avenue and Pilgrim Road, from the R-5 Single Family Residential District and PDD Planned Development District No. 2 to the RM-2 Multi-Family Residential District.  The subject lands are located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3 and identified by Tax Key Numbers 12.961, 12.961.001 and 12.961.002.   Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Gardner Properties LLC to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands, generally located on the Southwest corner of Cleveland Avenue and Pilgrim Road, from the R-5 Single Family Residential District and PDD Planned Development District No. 2 to the RM-2 Multi-Family Residential District.  The subject lands are located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3 and identified by Tax Key Numbers 12.961, 12.961.001 and 12.961.002.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board approve this request.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Inland Pilgrim Village LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing Toppers Pizza to have its hours of operation extend to 3:00 AM.  The proposed location of the business is N88W15401 Main Street, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Tax Key Number 7.988.009.  At its meeting on November 4, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board approve this permit subject to 11 conditions.  At its meeting on November 25, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this request be approved subject to 5 conditions.
