At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Wacker Neuson Production Americas LLC to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 11-2-08 allowing outdoor storage and testing of machinery and equipment.  The proposed location of the business is N92 W15000 Anthony Avenue.  At its meeting on December 2, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 9 conditions. b.   An Ordinance amending the Lied's Property Planned Residential Development (PRD) located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.  At its meeting on December 2, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance. c.   The vacation of an existing utility easement, and acceptance of a new Public Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Easement, on a parcel along Northfield Circle, identified by Tax Key Number 96.130.  At its meeting on December 2, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board vacate the existing easement and accept a new Public Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Easement on the parcel subject to 2 conditions.
