The request of Community Memorial Hospital to amend Conditional Use Permit 12-9-62-l allowing site and building modifications to the building located at W180N8085 Town Hall Road. At its meeting on December 2, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 6 conditions of approval and 12 conditions running with the permit. At its meeting on December 16, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved.
The request of Pubs America, Inc. to amended Conditional Use Permit 2-3-04 allowing outdoor seating for the Main Mill Restaurant located at N88 W16521 Main Street. At its meeting on December 2, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 5 conditions of approval and 14 conditions running with the permit. At its meeting on December 16, 2014 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved.
General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney, Assistant Village Manager and staff regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in the following matters: (a) negotiations with a potential developer of a property in Tax Incremental District #8 over the terms of a possible property transfer and development agreement; (b) negotiations with a potential developer of a property in Tax Incremental District #5 over the terms of a possible development agreement; (c) negotiations with an owner or potential developer of a property in Tax Incremental District #9 over the terms of a possible property transfer and development agreement; and (d) an inquiry from a third party over the terms of a possible offer to purchase a village owned property.
