At its meeting on May 6, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt a resolution supporting the vacation of the public pedestrian way.
The request of Costco Wholesale to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a members only retail warehouse and a free standing fueling facility within 300 feet of Highway 41/45. The proposed site is on the Southeast corner of Water Street and Falls Parkway. At its meeting January 6, 2015 the Plan Commission recommended this permit be approved subject to 11 conditions of approval and 15 conditions running with the permit. At its meeting on December 16, 2014 the Architectural Control Board recommended this permit be approved
