At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Tate Boho to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the property located at N88W16954 Main Street from Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Commercial Land Use Classification. At its meeting on February 3, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this land use component of the Comprehensive Plan amendment be denied. b.   The request of Arthur Sawall to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located on the Northeast corner of Stone Drive and Hampton Road from the Low Density Residential (< 2 dwelling units per acre) Land Use Classification to the Medium Density Residential (between 2 and 6 dwelling units per acre) Land Use Classification. The subject lands are identified by Tax Key Numbers 140.014 and 140.015. At its meeting on February 3, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt this Ordinance.

c.   The request of Veridian Homes to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the ability to construct a temporary sales office in the garage of a single family home located at N60W21555 Legacy Trail in the new Silver Spring Estates subdivision development. At its meeting February 3, 2015 the Plan Commission recommended this permit be approved subject to 10 conditions. Click to View
 
d.   The request of Nicholas and Katherine Martorano to acquire Village owned lands to the east of their property at N57W15133 Mesa Drive. At its meeting February 3, 2015 the Plan Commission recommended approval of the sale of the Village owned land subject to the approval of a Certified Survey Map combining the parcel with the abutting lands to the west.
