Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.
Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication. Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken. Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

Resolution approving the appeal and refunding sewer and water impact fees for the property located at W204 N8560 Lannon Road
Preliminary and Final Resolution for Special Assessment for Installation of Sanitary and Water Service Laterals to Tax Key No. 0139.990 at N48 W15032 Lisbon Road
Unfinished Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:
Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney, Assistant Village Manager and staff concerning the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village regarding the terms of the possible sale of one or more village owned properties, including, but not limited to a property located at N54W13901 Woodale Drive and further identified by Tax Key Number MNFV0142995.
