At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

5.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of J. Bradley Bence to rezone lands located on the East side of Lannon Road approximately ½ mile south of County Line Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District and R-3 Single Family Residential District to the CDD Conservation Development District.  The subject lands are located, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5 and is identified by Tax Key Numbers 19.999.001 and 19.993.001.

  Discussion and Possible Action on the request of J. Bradley Bence to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located on the East side of Lannon Road approximately ½ mile south of County Line Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District and R-3 Single Family Residential District to the CDD Conservation Development District.  The subject land is located, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5 and is identified by Tax Key Numbers 19.999.001 and 19.993.001.  At its meeting on May 5, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this request be approved.
 
 
b.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 122-367 and 122-308(e)(3)(d) of the Municipal Code providing the ability to include lands in the P-2 Institutional District within a Village Board approved “Corporate Campus".

  Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Section 122-648 of Chapter 122 of the Municipal Code pertaining to pad mounted transformers and pedestals.  At its meeting on May 5, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Pubs America, Inc to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 3-3-11 allowing outdoor seating and music at A.J. O’Brady’s located at N88W16495 Main Street.  At its meeting on May 5, 2015 the Plan Commission recommended, with a vote of 4 to 1, this permit be approved subject to 12 conditions.  At its meeting on May 26, 2015 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 1 condition. b.   The request of the Boucher Group to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing auto intensive uses on the property located at N81W12920 Leon Road.  At its meeting on May 5, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions of approval and 16 conditions running with the permit.  At its meeting on May 26, 2015 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 5 conditions.
