VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING www.menomonee-falls.org

At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Community Development Authority- Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Adoption of an Ordinance amending Sections 42-90, 90-2, and 90-5 of the Municipal Code pertaining to outdoor dining on public sidewalks in the Village Centre. At its meetings on April 28, 2015 and May 20, 2015 the Community Development Authority reviewed and discussed the proposed Ordinance. At its June 15, 2015 meeting, the Community Development Authority reviewed and recommended this Ordinance be adopted.

7. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Weyerhaven, LLC for the Weyerhaven Subdivision, Phase II

Item 7B

Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and MFallsSSE, LLC for the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision - Phase 2

Item 7C

Resolution to adjust the "No Parking" zones along the north side of Kohler Lane

Unfinished Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Tabled Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the request of J. Bradley Bence to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located on the East side of Lannon Road approximately 1/2 mile south of County Line Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District and R-3 Single Family Residential District to the CDD Conservation Development District. The subject land is located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5 and is identified by Tax Key Numbers 19.999.001 and 19.993.001. At its meeting on May 5, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this request be approved.
