The request of JBJ Residential Ltd Partnership to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing Erin Kirkvold to operate a Tattoo Studio at N88W16595 Main Street. At its meeting on July 7, 2015 the Plan Commission recommended, with a vote of 6 to 1, this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions.
The request of Garage Mahal, LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a parking lot at W164N8859 Mill Street. At its meeting on July 7, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 8 conditions.
