The request of Christine Pawlak to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor seating at Sportz Pub & Grill located at N80W13003 Fond du Lac Avenue. At its meeting on August 4, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 13 conditions.
The request of HSI Properties, LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the Land Use Component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands generally located on the Northeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Lisbon Road, from the Institutional Land Use Classification to the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification and Commercial Land Use Classification. The subject lands are located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 139.993, 139.994, and 139.995. At its meeting on August 4, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this amendment be approved.

Bradley Bence to rezone lands located on the East side of Lannon Road approximately ½ mile south of County Line Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District and R-3 Single Family Residential District to the CDD Conservation Development District.
