Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.
Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication. Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken. Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
Resolution to Amend the 2015 Public Safety Budget with an increase of $110,000 for Fire Department vehicle maintenance.
Resolution to approve $70,000 of additional funding for the Electronic Records Management System project; with funding to come from the 2014 General Fund surplus.
Consideration of the Solid Waste Collection Fund - 215 and a Special Charge for Refuse and Recycling Services for 2016.
Consideration of the Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, & Water Main Improvements for the White Stone Station Development, TID No. 8.
Consideration of Award of Contract for Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Program Lateral Rehabilitation - Work Plan 3.
Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) to confer with the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Village Attorney and Village staff under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in the following matters: a. Negotiations with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District No. 5 over the terms of possible development agreements. b. Negotiations with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District No. 9 over the terms of possible development agreements. c. Negotiations with the Village of Germantown over an existing water service agreement between the villages.
