A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of William G McCluskey to rezone lands located at N90W17097 Appleton Avenue from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District to the RM-2 Multifamily Residential District. The subject lands are located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 and identified by Tax Key Number 11.984. Action Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the request of William G McCluskey to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located at N90W17097 Appleton Avenue from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District to the RM-2 Multifamily Residential District. The subject lands are located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 and identified by Tax Key Number 11.984. At its meeting on September 15, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

Action Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Section 18-292 of the Municipal Code relating to the regulation of water softeners. At its meeting on September 15, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

The request of of Brayton Devco, LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the Village Park Townhomes Planned Infill Development on lands identified by Tax Key Numbers 11.277, 11.280.002, 11.280.003, 11.280.004, 11.280.005, 11.280.006, 11.280.007, 11.280.008, 11.280.009, and 11.280.010, generally located between Appleton Avenue and Mill Street. At its meeting on October 13, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be amended.
The request of United Financial Group, Inc.to amend Ordinance No. 548-O-12 modifying and renaming the Waterside Highlands and Waterside Single Family Planned Residential Development to the Highlands at Aero Park Planned Residential Development. The development is located on the North side of Lisbon Road approximately 1/4 mile East of Lannon Road. At its meeting on October 13, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the development be renamed, and the Ordinance modified as requested.
The request of Fiduciary Real Estate Development to amend Ordinance No. 591-O-14 modifying the Wruck Property Planned Residential Development generally located on the North side of Lisbon Road, between One Mile Road and Lannon Road. At its meeting on October 13, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this ordinance be modified as requested.
Consideration of the vacation of sanitary sewer easements within the White Stone Station Development on the properties identified by Tax Key Numbers 9.987.006, 9.987.008 and 9.987.009. At its meeting on October 13, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended these easements be vacated.
Application for a 2015-2016 Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and a Class B Liquor License from The Social Haus, LLC, for The Social Haus located at N48W18474 Lisbon Road subject to Building Department, Fire Department and Health Department approvals.
Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Lannon for Snow and Ice Control Services for the 2015-2016 Winter Season
