Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

a.   The request of Premier Real Estate Management to adopt an Ordinance amending the Land Use Component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands generally located on the Southeast corner of Appleton Avenue and Northfield Drive, from the Institutional Land Use Classification the High Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The subject lands are located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, and identified by Tax Key Number 93.947.004.  At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this amendment be denied for 3 reasons. b.   The request of Terry Bartlet to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 12-33-99-A allowing extended hours of operation for the Social Haus, located at N48W18490 Lisbon Road.  At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 19 conditions. c.   The request of Riverwalk on the Falls, LLC and the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands generally located on the Northeast corner of Main Street and Grand Avenue, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 11.133.001, 11.135, 11.136, and a portion of Tax Key Number 11.381.  At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 11 conditions. d.   The request of C.H. Coakley & Company to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the Milwaukee Sting Volleyball Club to operate an indoor volleyball club in the I-1 Light Industrial District.  The subject building is located at N54W13901 Woodale Drive.  At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 6 conditions.
