The subject lands are located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, and identified by Tax Key Number 99.988. Action Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Nong and Lee Khanthichit to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located at W140N5718 Lilly Road from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the R-2 Single Family Residential District. The subject lands are located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, and identified by Tax Key Number 99.988. At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. The request of MP Falls Plaza, LLC c/o Mission Peak Capital to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 2-11-12 allowing outdoor seating and additional amusement games at DJ's Goalpost, located at N81W15094 Appleton Avenue. At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be amended subject to 11 conditions. At its meeting on November 24, 2015 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be amended subject to 3 conditions.

8. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Ordinance amending sections 14-8 and 14-29 of Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code and relating to the keeping of vicious dogs in the Village

b. Ordinance amending Chapters 42, 46 and 72 of the Municipal Code of the Village Of Menomonee Falls relating to ambulance conveyance and emergency medical services fees
