Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of James Forester to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located at W220N6034 Town Line Road, from the Commercial Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification (allowing less than 2 dwelling units per acre). The subject lands are located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 30, and identified by Tax Key Number 118.001.  At its meeting on December 8, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this amendment be approved. b.   The request of Neumann Companies, Inc. to adopt a Resolution approving the Final Plat of Weyerhaven Addition No. 1 Subdivision located to the North of the Weyerhaven Subdivision, on the east side of Lilly Road, approximately 1/3 mile south of Mill Road, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 98.997.004.  At its meeting on December 8, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Resolution be approved subject to 13 conditions. c.   The request of CP-26, LLC / SDS PROPERTIES, LLC / VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map re-dividing lands generally located on the northwest corner of Falls Parkway and Roosevelt Drive, South of Highway 41/45, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 3, Tax Key Numbers 12.940.001 and 12.202.006, and part of Tax Key Number 9.987.008, Planned Development District No. 2.  At its meeting on December 8, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 11 conditions. d.   The request of Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital to amend Conditional Use Permit 2-35-11 allowing boarding and grooming at the existing veterinary clinic located at N48W14850 Lisbon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Tax Key Number 139.991, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.  At its meeting on December 8, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be amended subject to 11 conditions. Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Nong and Lee Khanthichit to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located at W140N5718 Lilly Road from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the R-2 Single Family Residential District. The subject lands are located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, and identified by Tax Key Number 99.988. At its meeting on November 10, 2015 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.
