Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Geralyn Charapata-Marsh to rezone lands located on the Southeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Good Hope Road, from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District to the P-2 Institutional District. The subject land is located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 23, and identified by Tax Key Number 90.996.001.

  Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Geralyn Charapata-Marsh to rezone lands located on the Southeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Good Hope Road, from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District to the P-2 Institutional District. a.   The request of Gardner Properties LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit to operate a business at N89 W15642 Main Street.  The subject property is located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 9, identified by Tax Key Number 12.957, and located in the RM-2 Multifamily Residential District.  At its meeting on February 2, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 10 conditions.  At its meeting on February 23, 2016 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 1 condition. b.   The request of Jim Lenahan and Don Arenson to adopt an Ordinance creating the Keystone Riverview Planned Residential Development generally located at N78W12683 Fond du Lac Avenue, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 13, Tax Key Number 49.963.006.  At its meeting on February 2, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved subject to 30 conditions.  At its meeting on February 23, 2016 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved subject to 6 additional conditions.
