Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding an Ordinance amending Section 94-77 of the Municipal Code pertaining to the timeframe to record a Certified Survey Map. Click to View
 
  Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Section 94-77 of the Municipal Code pertaining to the timeframe to record a Certified Survey Map.  At its meeting on April 5, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.
 
7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Arthur Sawall to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing two 2-unit condominium buildings in the RM-2 Multifamily Residential District.  The subject properties are generally located on the Northeast corner of Stone Drive and Hampton Road, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 140.014 and 140.015.  At its meeting on April 5, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 11 conditions of approval and 6 conditions running with the permit.  At its meeting on April 26, 2016 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 1 condition.
