a. The request of Woodland Village at North Hills Owners Association Inc. and Woodlands Retail LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor seating at Three Cellars. The subject site is located at N72W13400 Lund Lane, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 51.944.008 and 51.944.052. At its meeting on June 7, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 9 conditions. At its meeting on May 24, 2016 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 3 conditions.
b. The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located at N72W15944 Good Hope Road, from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Institutional Land Use Classification. The subject land is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15 and identified by Tax Key Number 60.969. At its meeting on June 7, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be adopted.

Convene into closed session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) under Wisconsin Statutes § 19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Village Attorney and Village staff concerning the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in negotiations with Waukesha County over the terms of a Mutual Cooperation Agreement involving the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Consortium programs.
