Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 18-97 and 18-101 of the Municipal Code to update the cross references to the Wisconsin Administrative Code and create provisions for a "Delegated Municipality". Click to View

  Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of an Ordinance amending Sections 18-97 and 18-101 of the Municipal Code to update the cross references to the Wisconsin Administrative Code and create provisions for a "Delegated Municipality".  At its meeting on June 7, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Gary & Margo Schwartz to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map combining two parcels located on the west side of Hwy. 145 approximately 1/4 mile North of Main Street, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, identified by Tax Key Numbers 3.979 and 3.980.  At its meeting on July 12, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 8 conditions. b.   The proposed acquisition of additional park lands for Aero Park.  The subject 13.93 acres are located approximately 1/4 mile north of Lisbon Road and 1/4 east of Lannon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32.  At its meeting on July 12, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board acquire these lands for park purposes.
