Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Tomich Investments to rezone lands located at W204N5360 Lannon Road, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the R-3.5 Single Family Residential District.  The subject lands are located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, and identified by Tax Key Number 126.996.

  Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Tomich Investments to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located at W204N5360 Lannon Road, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the R-3.5 Single Family Residential District.  The subject lands are located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, and identified by Tax Key Number 126.996.  At its meeting on July 12, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

8.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The Request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands located at the northwest corner of Appleton Avenue and Good Hope Road, from the Park and Open Space Land Use Classification to the Commercial Land Use Classification.  The subject land is located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, and identified by Tax Key Number 51.945.001.  At its meeting on August 2, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved. b.   The termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 12-3-80 and Conditional Use Permit No. 13-3-97 and their associated Land Covenants.  The Conditional Use Permits are located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3 on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 11.133.001 and 11.381.  At its meeting on August 2, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended these two Conditional Use Permits be terminated. c.   The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map combining properties at N72W15944, N72W15920, and N72W15756 Good Hope Rd, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 15, Tax Key Numbers 60.969, 60.968.001, and 60.965, P-2 Institutional District.  At its meeting on August 2, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 7 conditions.
