Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

a.   A Resolution removing a 1984 public use restriction on a parcel, identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009, located on the north side of Daylily Drive and the west side Northfield Drive.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved Click to View
 
b.   Adoption of a Resolution accepting the introduction of a resolution vacating an unnamed and unused premises reserved for public roadway extending North from Daylily Drive and Northfield Drive along the Western and Eastern borders of a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved. c.   The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 13-15-05 to allow a Centralized Public Works Facility on lands located at at N72W15920, N72W15944, and N72W15756 Good Hope Road.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 5 conditions.  At its meeting on September 27, 2016 the Architectural Control unanimously recommended this permit be approved. d.   The request of Ung Cho to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility in the Colonial Plaza.  The subject tenant space is located at N89W16863 Appleton Avenue and identified by Tax Key Number 11.065.006.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 6 conditions Click to View
 
e.   The request of the James A & Cynthia K Kolinski Revocable Trust to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 11-27-97 allowing Germantown Little League the ability to operate an indoor recreation facility at N60W16221 Kohler Lane.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 3 conditions of approval and 9 conditions running with the permit. f.   A Utility Plan for the Fox Meadows Subdivision proposed on the West side of Pilgrim Road, between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 88.998.005.  At its meeting on October 4, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Utility Plan be approved and require any future utilities to follow the same Plan.
