VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING www.menomonee-falls.org

Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Request of BRG KFS, LLC to Include in the Premise Description on the 2016-2017 Liquor License the Kitchen, Serving Area, Indoor Seating, and Two Outdoor Seating Areas of the Building located at N56W17000 Ridgewood Drive on the Same Campus as Stated on the Original License located at W156N5830 Ridgewood Drive. (No Police Concerns)

d. 2016-2017 Unenclosed Premise Permit for BRG KFS, LLC for The Kitch located at N56W17000 Ridgewood Drive for the Two Outdoor Seating Areas. (New)(No Police Concerns)

6. Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication. Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken. Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

a. A Public Hearing on the Proposed 2017 Operating Budget and Tax Levy The 2017 Budget includes the following funds: General Fund Solid Waste Collection Library Debt Service Municipal Facilities & Equipment Risk Management Water Utility Sewer Utility Storm Water Utility Action Item: Discussion and possible action to adopt the ordinance approving the 2017 budget, related tax levy, and Solid Waste Collection special charge

7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. The request of Harvey Friess to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the Alumni Club Tavern & Eatery, located at N88W16718 Appleton Avenue, to have its hours of operation extended until 2:30 AM. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 7 conditions.

b. The request of Healthy Paws Animal Clinic to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a veterinary clinic in the Falls Plaza III Shopping Center at N80W14926 Appleton Avenue. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 9 conditions.

c. The request of Burn Boot Camp to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at the multi tenant commercial building owned by James M Petr located at N91W17271 Appleton Avenue. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 7 conditions.

d. A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 3 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 118.997.002. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Plat be approved subject to 19 conditions.

e. A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Fox Meadow Subdivision located on the West side of Pilgrim Road, between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 88.998.005. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Plat be approved subject to 8 conditions.

8. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

b. Ordinance repealing and recreating Section 2-1 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Menomonee Falls relating to the disposal of abandoned and unclaimed goods and obsolete Village equipment and property

c. Ordinance amending various sections in Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code to incorporate provisions of Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes related to the penalties to be imposed for violations of alcohol beverage regulations

d. Resolution to approve the revised Menomonee Falls Ordinance Bail Schedule, as set by the Municipal Court

9. New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Appointment of Mary Lahti of Bianca Bridal Boutique to serve on the BID Board for the remainder of an open term which expires 12/31/17.
