Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

a.   The request of Harvey Friess to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the Alumni Club Tavern & Eatery, located at N88W16718 Appleton Avenue, to have its hours of operation extended until 2:30 AM.   At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 7 conditions. b.   The request of Healthy Paws Animal Clinic to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a veterinary clinic in the Falls Plaza III Shopping Center at N80W14926 Appleton Avenue.  At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 9 conditions. c.   The request of Burn Boot Camp to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at the multi tenant commercial building owned by James M Petr located at N91W17271 Appleton Avenue.  At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 7 conditions. d.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 3 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 118.997.002.  At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Plat be approved subject to 19 conditions. e.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Fox Meadow Subdivision located on the West side of Pilgrim Road, between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 88.998.005.  At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Plat be approved subject to 8 conditions.
