VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING www.menomonee-falls.org

Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

5. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. The request of LCC Telecom to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a wireless telecommunications facility on the property owned by Du-Well Enterprises located at W166N5925 Greenway Circle. At its meeting on November 15, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the permit be approved subject to 14 conditions.

6. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. An Application for an Operator’s License for Jacob Balsiger.

b. An Application for an Operator’s License for Brianna Anderson.

7. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. A Resolution for the following Traffic Regulation Changes in Fox Meadow Subdivsion: 1. “Stop” Sign on Fox Meadow Dr eastbound at its intersection with Pilgrim Rd. 2. “Stop” Sign on Fox Meadow Dr westbound at its intersection with Tamarack Trail. 3. “25 MPH Speed Limit” Sign on Fox Meadow Dr eastbound at Pilgrim Rd. 4. “25 MPH Speed Limit” Sign on Tamarack Trail northbound (north of the southerly subdivision boundary). 5. “25 MPH Speed Limit” Sign on Tamarack Trail southbound (south of the northerly subdivision boundary).

b. A Resolution for the following Traffic Regulation Changes in Silver Spring Estates Subdivision - Phase III: 1. “Stop” Sign on Masters Drive northbound at its easterly intersection with Legacy Trail.

8. Unfinished Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Request of the School District of Menomonee Falls that the Village reject or otherwise refuse to accept the remaining unused and unnamed portions of the reserved premises identified in a 1974 Road Reservation not already dedicated to and accepted by the Village on a District owned property on Daylily Drive. 1. Presentation by Village Attorney 2. Adoption of a resolution relating to a reservation for public roads dated June 26, 1974 and recorded on July 2, 1974 as Document No. 886543 with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds 3. Adoption of a resolution rescinding Resolution 1126-R-16 and terminating vacation proceedings relating to a reservation for public roads dated June 26, 1974 and recorded on July 2, 1974 as Document No. 886543 with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds

9. New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Adoption of a an ordinance cancelling the first regular meeting of the Board of Trustees in January of 2017.

10. Convene into Closed Session with the Village Manager and Village Attorney under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) to discuss a performance review and goal setting for the Village Manager.

11. Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in Closed Session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the Agenda.

12. Adjournment
