Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

a. A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of P.J. Burbach to rezone lands currently owned by the School District of Menomonee Falls from the R-2 Single Family Residential District to the R-3 Single Family Residential District. The subject lands are located at the northwest corner of Daylily Drive and Northfield Drive and identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009. Action Item: Discussion and Possible Action on the request of P.J. Burbach to adopt an Ordinance rezoning lands located at the northwest corner of Daylily Drive and Northfield Drive, from the R-2 Single Family Residential District to the R-3 Single Family Residential District. The subject lands are currently owned by the School District of Menomonee Falls and identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009. At its meting on January 3, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.
