Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider a Resolution vacating a portion of Highland Drive extending approximately 300 feet South of Good Hope Road, West of the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 93.996 and 93.995, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24. Click to View

  Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible Action on a Resolution vacating a portion of Pershing Avenue near the Southeast corner of the Costco Parking lot, North of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 12.202.011, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3.  On  January 16, 2017 the Village Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 1142-R-17 accepting the introduction of and referring for public hearing and proceedings a Resolution vacating the subject right-of-way.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following item:
 
a.   A Resolution granting a yard adjustment for Kohl's Department Stores Inc. to place a generator 13.5 feet from the west property line of the parcel located at W165N5595 Creekwood Crossing.  The subject parcel is located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, and identified by Tax Key Number 134.991.  At its meeting on March 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be granted subject to the generator being enclosed with a "Level 1 Acoustic Enclosure". 9.   Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) for the following purpose:
 
a.   To confer with the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Village Attorney and Village staff under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in negotiations with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District #9 over the terms of possible development agreements or acquisition agreements.
 
10.   Reconvene into Open Session Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in Closed Session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda.
