Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Gar Nelson to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 12-10-96A allowing a retro arcade and gaming center with extended hours of operation at the multi-tenant commercial building owned by 1340 East 9th Street Realty Corp. The subject property is located at N85W15900 Appleton Avenue, and identified by Tax Key Number 37.961.  At its meeting on April 4, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 13 conditions. b.   The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map dedicating lands along Garfield Drive between Mill Street and the West Park Subdivision.   The subject lands are located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 10 and the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, P-2 Institutional District and P-1 Park and Open Space District.  At its meeting on April 4, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 4 conditions. c.   The request of Pilgrim Evangelical Lutheran Church to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 9-34-97 allowing building additions to the Pilgrim Lutheran School, located at W156N5429 Bette Drive, on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 131.180.  At its meeting on February 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 9 conditions of approval and 16 conditions running with the permit.  At its meeting on March 28, 2017 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 6 conditions. d.   The request of Abdul Haq to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 11-3-83-A allowing expanded operations including a U-Haul Dealership at the Petro Mart located at N89W16812 Appleton Avenue.  On February 7, 2017, with a vote of 4 to 2, the Plan Commission recommended the Village Board approve this amendment subject to all landscaping improvements being installed by June 1, 2017 and all other building and canopy improvements completed by July 1, 2017, and subject to 12 conditions running with the permit.  On April 25, 2017, the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this amendment be denied for 4 reasons, while also recommending conditions if approved.
