Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication. Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken. Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
a. Negotiations over the terms of possible development or related agreements with one or more owners or potential developers of property in the following Tax Incremental Districts: Tax Incremental District Nos. 6, 8, 9 and 10.
b. Negotiations with Capri Senior Communities parcel over the terms of a possible development agreement related to lands generally described as the Eastern half of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005, located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5.
c. Negotiations with the Village of Germantown over an existing water and sanitary sewer service agreement between the villages.
