Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

5.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church to rezone all of the land currently located in the A-1 Agricultural District on the subject parcel to the P-2 Institutional District.  The subject land is identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005, and located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road.   Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible Action on the request of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church to adopt an Ordinance rezoning the eastern half of the the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005, located on the South side of County Line Road approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the P-2 Institutional District.  At its meeting on May 2, 2017 the Plan Commission modified the request and unanimously recommended all of the A-1 lands on the subject parcel be rezoned to the P-2 Institutional District.
 
b.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to rezone land owned by Menomonee Falls Festivals Corp located at N88 W16621 Appleton Avenue, from the P-2 Institutional Zoning District to the C-2 Community Business District with the OVC Village Centre Overlay. b.   Negotiations with Capri Senior Communities parcel over the terms of a possible development agreement related to lands generally described as the Eastern half of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005, located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5.
