Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Town Realty Inc dba Zilber Property Group to adopt a Resolution approving a Yard Adjustment allowing the construction of a speculative industrial building located on the north side of Manhardt Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 99.999.003, in the 1-1 Light Industrial District.  At its meeting on August 8, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board of Trustees approve this resolution subject to issuance of an industrial use approval for this site. b.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Lilly Creek Highlands V Subdivision located at the northwest corner of Daylily Drive and Northfield Drive, in the Northeast, Northwest, Southwest and Southeast ¼’s of Section 24, Part of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009, R-3 Single Family Residential District.  At its meeting on August 8, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Plat be approved subject to 8 conditions. c.   The request of Costco Wholesale to amend Conditional Use Permit 1-3-15 allowing the sale of Christmas trees in the parking lot and exterior tents for the advertisement of Costco services. The subject site is located at W165 N9235 Pershing Avenue, and identified by Tax Key Number 9.987.006.  At its meeting on August 8, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be amended subject to the semitrailer located parallel to the east side of the fueling station and the tent located on the north end of the fueling station, and 21 conditions running with the permit. a.   Resolution approving an offer to purchase and counter-offer and delegating final authority to the Village Manager to take all steps necessary to complete the acquisition of a property located at N90W16531 Roosevelt Drive and further identified by Tax Key Number MNFV0011146 Click to View
 
b.   Resolution approving an offer to purchase and related documents and delegating final authority to the Village Manager to take all steps necessary to complete the sale of a Village owned property located on Maple Road north of the Christman Park subdivision  and further identified by Tax Key Number MNFV0015994003 Click to View
 
  Note: The first Village Board meeting in September will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 due to the Observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 4, 2017
