VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING www.menomonee-falls.org

Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. The request of William and Brenda Harlow to acquire lands west of the Good Hope Subdivision and south of the property at N72W17575 Good Hope Road. The subject parcel is identified by Tax Key Number 81.995

b. The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands generally located between Maple Road and the 1st addition to the Shepherd Hill Subdivision from the Park/Open Space Land Use Classification to the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject parcel is located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 4, and identified by Tax Key Number 15.994.003. At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be denied

c. The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands located at the northwest and northeast corners of Russel Court and Lisbon Road, from the Commercial Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject parcels are located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 34, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 135.996.003, 135.996.004, and 135.997. At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved

d. The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the land located on the Northeast side of Russel Court, from the Park/Open Space Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject parcel is located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 34, and identified by Tax Key Number 135.996.002. At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved

e. The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map dividing lands located on the east side of Russell Court on a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 135.996.002. At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 14 conditions

f. The request of MIREDA LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing MAD TATTER INK to operate a tattoo studio at N87W16726 Appleton Avenue. The subject site is identified by Tax Key Number 11.211 and located in the C-1 Neighborhood Business District. At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions

7. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Shared use parking agreement to formalize public use of the School District of Menomonee Falls’ parking facilities located along Main Street, north of North Middle School, on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 11.255, 11.256, 11.257, 11.258, and 11.259

8. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Award of Contract for the Cherokee Drive - Water Main Relay - Chippewa Drive to Cheyenne Drive Project, Project No. 41199
