Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

a.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Brookdale Estates Subdivision located on the northeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Lisbon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Tax Key Numbers 139.993, 139.994 and 139.995, PRD Planned Residential Development District, Shoreland-Wetland District and FF Floodfringe District.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Subdivision be approved subject to 50 Conditions. b.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 4 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Part of Tax Key Number 118.997.000, PRD Planned Residential Development District.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Subdivision be approved subject to 3 conditions. c.   The request of Barre District - Menomonee Falls  to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor fitness facility at the Woodlands Marketplace located at N72W13350 Lund Lane.  The subject site is identified by Tax Key Number 51.994.008 and located in Planned Development District No. 1.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 7 conditions. d.   The request of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map dividing lands located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road.  The subject parcel is currently identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 11 conditions. e.   The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey redelineating a parcel located at the Southeast corner of Belleview Boulevard and Patton Drive.  The subject parcel is identified by Tax Key Number 37.030.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 8 conditions. f.   The request of the Village of Menomonee Falls to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map dividing lands located on the east side of Willow Wood Park Estates Subdivision.  The subject parcel is currently identified by Tax Key Number 138.133.  At its meeting on November 7, 2017 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 6 conditions.
