Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat of the Lilly Creek Highlands VI Subdivision located north of the intersection of Daylily Drive and Westview Drive, in the Northeast, Northwest, Southwest and Southeast ¼’s of Section 24, Tax Key Number 95.999.009, R-3 Single Family Residential District.  At its meeting on March 6, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Subdivision be approved subject to 15 conditions. b.   A distribution easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company over land located at N96W15885 County Line Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Tax Key Number 9.998.001, R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District.  At its meeting on March 6, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this easement be granted. c.   The adoption of an Ordinance amending Sections 2, 622, 646, and 687 of Chapter 122 of the Municipal Code pertaining to the unenclosed storage of recreational vehicles.  At its meeting on March 6, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this ordinance be approved. Click to View
 
d.   A Resolution accepting the introduction of a Resolution vacating the portion of Harrison Avenue right of way located south of Belleview Boulevard, between the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 37.032 and 37.023 in the Northeast ¼ of Section 10.  At its meeting on March 6, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved. b.   Village Manager's review of and report on all active Development Agreements and MRO's to the Village Board in order to determine if any Developer's Obligations have not been fulfilled.  This task should include the recording of upcoming completion dates of all outstanding Developer Obligations. c.   Village Manager's proposal for tracking and alerting the Village Board of future Developer Obligation completion dates stipulated by all active Development Agreements and/or MRO's for Village Board discussion/approval. Click to View
