Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

5.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Jess and Brooke Thomas to rezone land generally located on the east side of Marcy Road, ¼ miles south of Silver Spring Drive, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the PRD Planned Residential Development District. The subject land is located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 33, and identified by Tax Key Number 129.995.

  Discussion and Possible Action on the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the adoption of an Ordinance rezoning land generally located on the east side of Marcy Road, ¼ miles south of Silver Spring Drive, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the PRD Planned Residential Development District. a.   A possible amendment to a 2014 restated and amended development agreement between the Village, the Menomonee Falls Community Development Authority, Cobalt Partners, LLC, SDS Properties, LLC and CP-26, LLC involving properties locate in Tax Incremental District #8.
 
b.   The Tax Incremental District Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Falls Fire, LLC involving the former Fire Station Number 1 property located at N88 W16631 Appleton Avenue and further identified as Tax Key # MNFV 0011273.
 
9.   Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) and adjourn.
