Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of the Wittlin Station LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the lands located at N91W17345 Appleton Avenue and the vacant lot located directly to the south, from the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Commercial Land Use Classification. The lands are further described as being located in the Southeast ¼ of Section 4, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 16.993 and 16.994.  At its meeting on May 8, 2014 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved. b.   The request of the Florence G Weyer Revocable Living Trust to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands located on the Southeast corner of Mill and Lilly Roads, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 25, Tax Key Numbers 98.997.001 and 98.997.006, PRD Planned Residential District and FF Floodfringe District.  At its meeting on May 8, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 2 conditions. c.   A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Weyerhaven Addition No. 2 Subdivision located to the North of the Weyerhaven Subdivision, on the east side of Lilly Road, approximately 1/3 mile south of Mill Road, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 25, Tax Key Numbers 98.199, 98.997.001and 98.997.006, PRD Planned Residential District, Flood Fringe.  At its meeting on May 8, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Subdivision be approved subject to 31 conditions. d.   A Resolution approving for the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 5 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 30, Part of Tax Key Number 118.997.004, PRD Planned Residential Development District.  At its meeting on May 8, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Subdivision be approved subject to 17 conditions. e.   A Resolution vacating two sanitary sewer easements located on the West side of Water Street, South of the Alto Shaam facilities.  The subject easements are located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 3, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 10.969 and 10.979.  At its meeting on May 8, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be adopted. a.   Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) and (1)(g) concerning the litigation strategy to be adopted by the Village in United States Cellular Operating Company, LLC v. Village of Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County Case No. 18-CV-110; Click to View
 
b.   Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in negotiations over the terms of a possible development agreement with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District No. 6; and
 
c.   Under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in negotiations with the Village of Lannon over the possible consolidation of sanitary sewer and water utility services.
 
10.   Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) and adjourn.
