a. The request of Aldi Inc. to grant a conditional use permit allowing a grocery store on lands currently owned by Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Boundary Road and Leon Road, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.985.003, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. At its meeting on July 10, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions being resolved prior to the issuance of a building permit and 8 conditions running with the Permit. At its meeting on July 24, 2018 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 9 conditions.
