d. Bill Approval for July 2018 in the amount of $3,063,297.30

6. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. The request of JHGV LLC to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands located near the northeast corner of the Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road intersection directly south of the CVS Pharmacy, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Tax Key Number 43.997.006, C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay. At its meeting on August 7, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Certified Survey Map be approved subject to 3 conditions.

7. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Operator's License Application - James Wojciechowski

8. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Project Agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Village for the Appleton, Pilgrim & Menomonee Intersection Improvements as part of the Highway Safety Improvement Program

b. Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Improvements in the Silver Spring Estates Phase II Subdivision

c. Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Improvements for the Weyerhaven Phase II Subdivision

d. Ordinance Rescinding Resolution 1027-R-14 and establishing a No Parking and No Stopping zone of the north side of Garfield Dr from Mill Street to Sheridan Drive
